There are several ways framing the floor could be accomplished.  I chose to use screws rather than nails, and metal brackets to provide maximum strength and stability.

Expanded polystyrene insulation panels were cut to size and inserted.  Any gaps were filled with expanding spray foam insulation.

3/4″ tongue and groove plywood was used for the subfloor, glued with construction adhesive, and screwed into place with deck screws.
